Hello and WELCOME to our question and answer page! We all know how frustrating it can be sometimes to find answers to questions you may have. We have taken this into consideration and come up with some possible questions and answers that may help make your shopping experience stress free!

Who are we?

We are a group of makeup artist and entrepreneurs trained to professionally advice, sell and recommend beauty products that will enhance your natural beauty.

Where are you based?

We are melbourne based however we can provide services to you both internationally and locally. 

How long have you been in business for?

We launched our cosmetics line recently end of 2017 however we are experienced makeup artist and beauticians with wealth of knowledge to inspire you so you too can aspire others.

Where do you operate your business?

Our business is online and in person. Yes we are real people just like you! You can chat to us any time you like, send us an email, visit us at our location in melbourne. 

What are our products and cosmetics made of?

We stock products that are both vegan and non vegan. Most of our products are satisfied vegan including our lipsticks, eye shadows, brow pomades, powders, blush etc. Our brush sets are made of both natural hairs and synthetic bristles, our mink lashes are satisfied to be cruelty free. The process includes gathering the mink hairs during the harvest fall out season so no animals are harmed. These hairs are then treated and manufactured in a way that suits usage. We only stock genuine quality beauty products that provide you with great looks and applications. All our products are tested by our selves as well as other artists and customers so you can be sure to be getting only the best. 

Are your products and cosmetics genuine

Yes absolutely genuine to our highly sought brand. Our Cosmetics are of the highest quality with affordable pricing. We understand how expensive it can be to looking your best. We thought of all that hence why our pricing is low but still of top quality. 

What payment method do you accept?

Currently we accept most major credit card payments through our secure online checkout as well as pay pal which is securely encrypted. When ordering in person of from our studio you will have the option of using bank transfer, credit cards or debit card to complete your purchase. 

Can I request for my products or items to get to me fast?

Yes ofcourse you can. Simply select your choice from postal options available. Alternatively you may contact us for us to manually make this happen for you.

What shipping method do you use?

We use Australian post, Australia post international, TNT, UPS, DHL for most of our shipping. We can use others as required to ensure your parcel gets to you safe, sound and well protected.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

Generally if you are based in Melbourne, it takes approx 3 days for normal post. This does not include processing time.  If your based else where it may take slightly longer. 

What do I do if I put the wrong postal address?

Contact us as soon as you realise. it will be easy to make changes if we haven't already shipped your items. If we have shipped, unfortunately you will need to bare the cost for us to re ship items back to you.

Will you be selling more cosmetics and beauty products?

Yes absolutely. This is only the beginning. We aim to sell most things makeup. Another words one stop shop for your beauty fix despite your skin completion. We are constantly adding products and cosmetics on our page. Please be sure to keep an eye out.

Can I pre-order products or items that are out of stock?

Absolutely can. A 50% deposit is required to lock in your order.

Do you sell your products at whole sale prices?

Absolutely for registered businesses or sellers who are willing to be stockist or distributors for our products.

Do you have pro discount for students and industrial workers?

Yes we do! We have 25-30% on most products. Please email us to inquire further.
