Makeup Booking Terms & Conditions

Hello beautiful, we love that you’ve booked with us and that you are trusting us to beatify you on your special occasion. As we want to make sure this goes as planned and completed in a timely manner, bellow are some house keeping reminders we will love you to familiarise your self with;

  • Standard cost to secure a booking is 50% of the total amount. However the website will allow you to pay in full and you are able to opt for that option if you prefer. Your booking can be rescheduled to a different date and time so long as it is within a 24hr window. Anything less, deposit is forfeited.if you however payin full and you fail to communicate with your artist within 24hrs, there will be No refund. If you do however communicate, you maybe entitled to credit where you can use within 6 months to make another booking.

  • Please be sure to arrive on time as starting on time is a priority. We do however allow lateness of upto 10 minutes as long as you communicate with us. Any additional time thereafter will be charged at $5 per minute of lateness.

  • Once you secure a booking, there is NO refund. Changes to your booking however can be made within 24 hours of your appointment via the confirmation email. If you have no immediate date or time to schedule to, we will hold your credit for upto 6 months. Booking credit is non transferable. If your booking is canceled by your makeup artist, you are entitled to full deposit refund. The makeup artists will also try to help you seek other available artist.

  • Please NO children allowed at the studio for occupational health and safety purposes as well as minimise disruptions. Arrive at the appointment with NO more than 1 other adult.

  • As makeup artists we are human just like you and so we expect you to treat us with respect and dignity. We will not tolerate any demeaning or disrespectful use of words. If the above is violated, the artist has the right to discontinue. No refunds will be given to you.

  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be put away unless prior arrangement has been made or in an event of an emergency. This is to eliminate distractions.

  • We are able to travel locally, nationally and internationally. Travel locally is charged at $1.80 per kilometre EACH way. On public holidays, surcharge of 25% will apply ontop of your booking cost.

  • Any unnecessary extended use of makeup artist time while doing your makeup will be charged at $50p/hr, So please be mindful of the look you wish for us to create for you and stick to it while we create without chopping and changing constantly as this extends artist time.

  • Standard Callout fee of $200 apply to all away booking for less than 3 people. Nil call out charges for more than 3 people. For out of state and international bookings, this is calculated differently. Please inquire.

  • For national and international bookings, please contact for specific information regarding booking charges and processes

  • To Showcase our work, we will love to show you off by taking some images or videos before and after makeup is done. These maybe displayed on our social media links or website. As a token you will receive some images and videos if any. Please may you indicate upon your booking if you do not want photos or videos taken.
