
Makeup Booking Terms & Conditions

Hello beautiful, we love that you’ve booked with us and that you are trusting us to beatify you on your special occasion. As we want to make sure we provide the best service and in a timely manner, bellow are some house keeping reminders we will love you to familiarise your self with;
CLOTHING/DRESSING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please wear appropriate clothing for weather and your comfort. Loose clothing is advised especially if you are changing clothing after.
HOUSE KEEPING RULES
Please NO children allowed at the studio. Arrive with NO other persons.
Toilet facility available for your convenience.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS (All services except Bridal)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Changes to your booking can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment via the link provided in your confirmation email. For group bookings, please contact your artist no later than two (2) weeks prior to your appointment to discuss available options.
If you have made full payment via the website and are unable to attend, you must notify your artist within 24 hours. In this case, you may be eligible for a 50% credit, valid for up to 6 months. If you choose not to use our services, you may transfer your credit to a nominated person. Refunds are not available under any circumstance.
If you fail to show up without communication and have paid in full, you may still be eligible for a credit at the artist’s discretion. For group bookings, failure to communicate at least two (2) weeks in advance will result in forfeiture of your payment.
Please ensure you arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for lateness with valid communication. Beyond this, additional time is charged at $5 per minute, subject to the artist’s discretion. Arrivals later than 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation with no refund or credit.
Ensure you book a service that matches your occasion, as techniques, product choices, and finish (including photography/videography quality and longevity) may vary. You are encouraged to send inspiration photos to your artist before the appointment. If none is provided, the artist will create a suitable look based on their professional judgment.
If your appointment is cancelled by the artist, you will receive a full refund, and your artist will assist in helping you find an alternative artist where possible.
Failure to attend your appointment without any communication will result in being blacklisted from future bookings with our services.
BRIDAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% Non refundable deposit is required to secure all bridal bookings. The remaining balance must be paid no later than (3) days prior to the scheduled booking date. Please note that charges apply per group not per individual. Failure to make the final payment by the due date, and without any communication from your end, will result in your booking being cancelled.
Your artist will arrive onetime, please ensure you are also on time. this will ensure we finish on time.
During makeup application, your artist requires minimal disruptions so that she can provide you with outstanding results in a timely manner.
If you choose to pay the full amount within seven (7) days of your booking date, and need to cancel under legitimate and verified circumstances, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. This is subject to review and approval.
If you have paid the deposit and need to reschedule, you may do so provided the new date is available. One date change is allowed within 12 months of the original booking date.
Further rescheduling requests beyond this period will not be accepted unless for exceptional and legitimate reasons. Proof may be required, and approval is at the discretion of the makeup artist. Please note that approval is not guaranteed.
CHANGE AT OUR FACILITY
You are welcome to change into your party clothing at a fee in our studio (see booking addons). In most cases as part of the service, your makeup artist is able to help as required. Please be mindful this does not include SHOWER FACILITY.
As makeup artists we are human just like you and so we expect you to treat us with respect and dignity. We will not tolerate any demeaning or disrespectful use of words. If the above is violated, the artist has the right to discontinue. No refunds will be given to you.
USE OF PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Mobile phones STRICTLY not in use whilst seated unless prior arrangement has been made or in an event of an emergency. This is to eliminate distractions. There is a charging port available for you to use.
TRAVELING TO PROVIDE SERVICE, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY RATES INFO
We are able to travel locally, nationally and internationally. Travel locally is charged at $1.80 per kilometre EACH way. On public holidays, surcharge of 25% will apply ontop of your booking cost. For Sunday bookings there is surcharge of 15% ontop of makeup cost.
WHEN YOUR ARTIST TRAVELs TO YOU
You are required to provide a safe environment for your artist to set up on arrival. A location where there’s light, power points is ideal.
Any unnecessary extended use of makeup artist time while doing your makeup will be charged at $50p/hr, So please be mindful of the look you wish for us to create for you and stick to it while we create without chopping and changing constantly as this extends artist time.
Standard Callout fee of $160 applies to all away booking for less than 3 people. For out of state and international bookings, this is calculated differently. Please inquire.
If starting Earlier than 7am. There will be extra charges dependant on the time you require your artist to start. Please discuss this with your artist.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
To Showcase our work, we will love to take some images or videos before and after makeup is done. These maybe displayed on our social media links or website. As a token you will receive some images and videos if any. Please may you indicate at your appointment if you do not want photos or videos taken.
